Short description of the project

The building contains over 3000.00 sq.m. of trading and bussines space.

The building was planned to be connection between two existing buildings with different architectural styles. Because of the difference between the existing buildings (style difference and difference in the elevations of the floors, the designer choose a curtain wall for the facade of the 4 floors of the building. Because of the planned future additional floor on the existing buildings the facade of the fifth floor was treated different with use of some elements from the Kumanovo City traditional architecture.
