Trading with immovable property
During the period of the 80-ties Prostor was authorized from the local municipality for the complete land policy in the city of Kumanovo. We were obliged to estimate, buy and sell construction land and public immovable property in the name of the municipality, for the needs of land and property expropriation for projects of public interest (streets, public buildings etc.).

Since the 90-ties we are offering this service to all clients interested for buying or selling of immovable property. We are also working on grouping of clients with different interests and joining them in gaining results at common satisfaction.
